Q. What if is have an issue with my order?
If there is a problem with your online order, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order.
If you received the wrong items/order in some cases, we may ask you to ship back the item(s) that were incorrect.
PLEASE NOTE: We may ask for a photo to be taken to show us the order you received so we can see the error that was made. This is simply for our records. This also helps us to see if orders were mixed up so we may contact another customer if needed.

A. Yes we print images as is, we DO NOT alter images in any way.

For safety and health reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All of our products are used or can be used in food and/or beverage preparation; therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you return any items to us unauthorized you will not be refunded for the items or shipping.
*We are not responsible for melted chocolate during shipping, No refunds will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE: Our goal is to source and produce quality products for you to use for your baking and sweet treat needs. Quality levels can vaguely vary depending on the manufacturer. We strive to carry items that range from good to great. We are not responsible for how a product works or the results you may get. Please ask additional questions before ordering if you have any concerns on an item or its performance. With baking supplies there are many factors involved besides the item itself that can affect results including the recipe, humidity, elevation, moisture, etc. We, ourselves, have used or tested most items we carry, and are devoted bakers. Also, in some cases we can share customer experiences of items if you need more details than the product listing offers.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Processing time is 2 business days. Once shipped ad tracking number will be provided. *Please expect USPS delays for shipping due to COVID-19.

What happens if I choose to pick up my order?
If you choose to pick up your order, a member of our team will reach out via email with instructions on how to proceed (choosing a pickup date).
I put the wrong shipping address when checking out, can you change my address before shipping my package?
As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we are happy to change your address.
My package has shipped but I put the wrong address, what can I do?
Unfortunately, once an item is marked shipped the postage for that location has been purchased and the package is on its way to the post office. The best option for you is to contact your post office or go to their website to see if a package interception is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt and contact USPS immediately.
I checked my tracking information, and my package is being returned. Can you send it to the correct address?
If the address is not deliverable, the package will be returned to us and you can pay for new shipping to the correct location. Previous shipping costs will not be refunded. Once a package has shipped the postage has been paid for and we cannot refund those costs. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
My package is delayed, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping delays. Once a package has shipped clients will need to contact USPS for updates.
My package was damaged during shipping, what should i do?
Contact USPS, Fed Ex or UPS
